Flashpan and Cheesy Gashouse Egg Sandwich!

I’ve always loved grilled cheese sandwiches… perfect comfort food that is nice and easy too. Since getting a FlashPan Stove we discovered that they are the perfect stove for making grilled cheese sandwiches. After making a few classic grilled cheese sandwiches, we decided to get a little more adventurous and found this wonderful book all about grilled cheese, “Great Grilled Cheese” with 50 innovative recipes by Laura Werlin.

Here is one of the recipes, Cheesy Gashouse Egg Sandwich, that works really well for breakfast while out for a quick early morning bike ride.
